daze.

hello!

been so lazy to blog lately, all i've been doing is tumblr-ing because i don't usually upload texts there, i just grab any pretty pictures and upload them for fun. and if i'm lucky, someone else will like it and reblog it and give me that moment of satisfaction that some people actually appreciate my (rubbish) photography. haha. give me a break, i'm only using a cybershot which is pretty old. I is saving up for a better personal camera which can be experimented on. 

first semester has ended and it has been pretty bittersweet for me. i had some fun, but i think i speak for everyone in my course that it has been crazy busy. degree has definitely been a huge leap from foundation. expectations are higher, work is more complicated, require much more research and also a lot of time out.

i actually just realised that i have not met anyone outside college and church the whole month of june.

well, at least, until yesterday. :)

met up with the dear rachel ho wye fern which i have not seen since my workload started and bsf went on a one month break. she's on break after her a-levels, and since i am so terribly bored to the point of doing all the housework at home, we met up yesterday! drove over to her place (which, thank God, I am familiar with or i'll be spinning in circles) and whizzed off to ikano for some manhattan fish market cos they're having some student promo until the end of june.

bill came up to less than 30 bucks for all that yummy fried oily seafoody goodness. and spending time with my best friend? priceless. :D

we talked and talked and talked for about 3 hours about everything under the sun. it has been so terribly long since we've had proper conversations. bsf does not allow much time for personal chatter, mind you. felt so nice to have a good, proper, non-shallow and assignment based talk with her. ;)

but alas, the day had to end and we left before 4 to avoid the jam which actually already started. ack. -___- ended the outing with hugs, goodbyes, wehavetomeetupagains.

yes, i had a good good friday.
